Are you considering buying a car from the United States, but the vehicle verification process, logistics, and complicated customs clearance discourage you? The Nextcar-USA company, as a licensed and long-standing import broker, takes the entire burden of this undertaking off your shoulders. We provide a full service of importing passenger cars, SUVs, luxury cars, classic muscle cars, and motorcycles. We serve the entire country – after taking care of the formalities, we will deliver the auctioned vehicle straight to your door, guaranteeing a safe and predictable purchase.
The American automotive market is famous for its massive oversupply. Thanks to this, US car auctions allow you to buy vehicles at prices that you can only dream of on the European secondary market. Importing is extremely cost-effective for several key reasons:
While importing city cars may not bring spectacular profits, American auction houses offer segments where the savings are huge. Luxury limousines (such as the Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or Audi A8) and large, family SUVs with powerful engines are the vehicles most frequently chosen by our clients. Prices at auction lots are so favorable that even after full registration of the car in Poland, its market value is noticeably higher than the total cost of importation.
There is also huge interest in damaged cars from the USA. Most cars at auctions come from insurance companies, which guarantees a fully documented damage history. By choosing cars with superficial body damage or minor mechanical damage (which we actively advise on), you gain a fresh, modern vehicle after very cheap self-repair.
The basis of our business is participating in auctions organized by market giants, i.e., the American auction house Copart and IAAI (Insurance Auto Auctions). Access to thousands of vehicles every day is just half the battle. Verification is key. Before Nextcar-USA invests even a dollar on your behalf, our team of experts verifies the selected vehicle in authorized American databases. Using the vehicle's VIN number, we generate a complete Carfax and AutoCheck report. We check the legality of origin, the actual mileage, how many owners the car has had, and how extensive the damage history is.
Transparency is the foundation of a successful cooperation for us. To avoid surprises, we prepare a detailed cost estimate before the start of the bidding. In the calculator, we include the vehicle price, auction fees for Copart or IAAI, and logistics fees – container transport across the ocean (mostly in the ro-ro system) and transport within the US (to ports such as New York, Savannah, or Los Angeles). The culmination of the process is customs clearance, consisting of three elements:
Taking into account the collection of the vehicle from the lot, preparation of the necessary export documentation (Title), the loading itself, the container ship's journey across the ocean, and the final customs clearance, importing takes from 6 to 8 weeks. We keep you updated on the logistical status of your car, with the possibility of tracking the delivery.
Our experts and logisticians work for you globally. The headquarters of Nextcar is located in Rzeszów, however, we import cars with delivery to any, even the furthest place in the country without any problem. Our clients are residents of agglomerations such as Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Tricity, or Wrocław, as well as smaller provincial cities. Transport by tow truck to your garage is our standard of operation.
Not at all, if you have the right support. Our job is to make sure you get a complete set of translated documents needed for the Department of Motor Vehicles. It is worth remembering about homologation. This is related, among other things, to the asymmetry of lamps (in the USA they illuminate the road symmetrically) and the installation of a rear fog light. Adaptation of electronics for cars such as Audi or Dodge is a process well known to Polish services and quite quick to complete.
Primarily for safety. Scammers at auctions try to hide frame damage or water flooding. Our team's knowledge allows us to reject a risky auction. The second aspect is the auction house's commission. As a registered broker with company status, we have significantly lower auction fees than when bidding as a private person.
